Pluto is the ninth and smallest planet in the Solar System. Being a small planet, he feels conscious about his size, which some of the other planets, such as Jupiter, Mars and Saturn, tease him about. He does have a few self-esteem issues, which isn't helped by the others' teasing. The Zula Patrol usually encourages him to feel more confident in himself in order to help him work out his issues. His best friend is his moon, Charon.
In 2006, he got classed as a dwarf planet.

- In the episode Day for Night, Pluto's voice was different; he had a deeper voice that was on par with Jupiter's. Later episodes had his voice change from deep to high-pitched.
- He has saved the day before in Small is Beautiful and The Outsider. After this, the other planets appreciate him for his efforts.
- The texture of Pluto is fictional, created by Seal. New Horizons visited Pluto in real life, and saw its heart.
