Characters

Plot

Exposition: The episode starts with Bula forecasting the weather. After checking Multo's weather machine, he meekly states that the weather will be mild and fair and warm. After he's off, Multo congratulates him, but Bula is worried that he's making a mistake if nobody is interested by his fascinating topic. After he gets the idea that Zeeter is insulting him, he gives Zeeter the job. Zeeter is nervous at first, but when she learns about weather with the help of Multo, she's ready for the job.
Rising Action 1: But the next day, when she's on, the keeps forgetting her lines and messing up. After Gorga turns the camera off, Bula apologizes to Zeeter, but Zeeter still insists on having the job. She accuses the weather for her audience's lack of interest, so she tries going on different planets.
Rising Action 2: She and Gorga catch hypothermia, and Zeeter gets an idea to screw with the weather. While doing this, she cheats her audience by lying to her about "predicting the weather." The audience level increases DRASTICALLY, impressing Multo and Bula.
Rising Action 3: While making weather, she accidentally makes it TOO extreme, causing every single weather we know to happen at once! Elsewhere, Iris Bloodshot begins to miss the normal weather of "fair and warm" and is confused as to where Zeeter is.
Rising Action 4: Zeeter, who tries to stop the weather ends up frying the machine even more. Bula and Multo are annoyed by the nasty phone calls they're getting about the screwed-up weather. They walk to Zeeter, Bula looking more pissed off than Multo, who's just in shock. They spot Zeeter and question her. When Zeeter comes clean, explaining that she just wanted to prove herself swell-o-matic, but made a mess of everything.
Climax: She proves herself useless when it comes to fixing the machine, as she caused a massive hurricane! Heading straight for the headquarters!
Rising Action 1: Zeeter realizes that she must fix the problem because she 100% caused it.
Rising Action 2: When dropping the pellets into the clouds, the hurricane neutralizes and vaporizes into nothingness.
Resolution: Zeeter walks up to Multo and apologizes for messing with his Weather-o-Matic Weather Machine, and learns that the more you say about something, the better you understand it, which can get you really interested.

Trivia

  • The episode's title is a pun on "Weather Vain."
  • Moral: When you understand something, it's really cool.
  • A deleted scene involved Bula and Multo angrily answering more than one phone and calling for Zeeter in fits of rage. This was cut out for time.
  • This episode is where the memetic "fair and warm" originated.

Errors

  • When Multo and Bula stalk toward Zeeter while she's fixing the machine, it cuts to Bula looking angrier, Multo's eyes having whites in them and Zeeter already turned to face them.
  • Zeeter claims she does not know about weather, so it's confusing as to how she explain how clouds rain.
  • Situational irony: Zeeter claims it's all her fault, but we know that Bula pushed her into the job for no good reason.
